Role

As Ecosystem Manager, you are responsible for building Butter’s community. You forge relationships with Butter’s users, collaborators, and supporters through story. You tie the narrative strands of Butter’s journey into a cohesive arc. You play a key role in establishing our brand's presence both online and IRL and ensuring our story resonates with each member of our community.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a community engagement strategy.
  • Craft engaging narratives across multiple platforms: 
    • Research Forum
    • Telegram Group
    • Blog
    • Social Media
    • Newsletter
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, questions, and comments in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align story with overall brand and marketing goals
  • Organize and host community events, spaces, and discussions
  • Analyze and report on community engagement metrics to identify
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant content ideas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or content creation
  • Experience building and managing communities in Ethereum (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a crypto startup or DAO is a plus
  • Proven ability to develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Experience fostering meaningful conversations and relationships with online communities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with users, partners, and contributors
  • Strong storytelling ability to weave Butter’s mission into a compelling narrative
  • Experience creating, curating, and managing content across multiple platforms (forums, blogs, newsletters, social media)
  • Ability to analyze and report on community engagement trends and suggest improvements
  • Familiarity with content marketing tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion
  • Experience organizing and hosting community events, webinars, and discussions
  • Ability to moderate discussions, AMAs, and community calls effectively
