OpenSea is hiring a Web3 Engagement Marketing Lead

In this role you will be working closely with the VP, Marketing to build a best in class engagement marketing engine. You'll lead strategy and execution for building out OpenSea's engagement channels, starting with email, in product notifs, and eventually native app notifs. You'll work with cross functional partners and agencies to build out a measurement framework, develop a test and learn strategy, and deliver outsized impact for the business. The right candidate will have experience launching and scaling lifecycle programs from zero to one with a strong focus on testing and impact.
Responsibilities: - Develop a short and long term strategy for deepening OpenSea's engagement with its existing users, with a strong focus on comprehension. - Establish data, measurement, and attribution strategy for all engagement marketing channels (email, notifs, content). - Partner with Data team to build a best in class mar-tech stack to support hyper-scale of notifications. - Partner with Product team to build out product notifications strategy. - Lead a cross-functional effort to identify, test, measure, and optimize various marketing channels in order to grow company top line while ensuring sustainable LTV/CAC ratios.
Desired Experience: - Are data driven in the extreme. You live for creative measurement approaches, testing is for you as reflexive as breathing. - Have taken engagement channels (especially email) zero to one. - Use data to provide actionable insights and drive us toward the best possible outcome. - Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade / drive alignment among differing perspectives. - Thrive in collaborative cultures and working cross-functionally with product, design, BD, legal, and finance to launch successful partnerships. - Build strong relationships and have experience doing so with both technical and non-technical audiences. - A plus if you have experience and/or are passionate about blockchain technology.
