Web3 Executive Assistant (Marketing and Finance)

Role focus

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to support our CFO, CMO, and their teams.

Our Executive Assistant will be organized, dependable, motivated and detail-oriented. You are able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks. You move quickly and excel in a changing, fast-paced environment. You anticipate the needs of the team and proactively resolve operational and administrative issues. In this role, it is critical that you are a self-starter who is able to run with tasks.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of People Operations, and supporting our marketing and finance teams.

This is a remote position based in the US

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inbox management for CMO & CFO - prioritizing emails and messages, ensuring their inbox is organized and all emails responded to in a timely fashion or flagged for further action. You will be running their day-to-day and will need to pay close attention to ensure their time is well spent.
• Diary management for CMO & CFO - organizing meetings with both the internal team and external key contacts and stakeholders, ensuring their diary runs smoothly, and being the main gatekeeper for the CMO & CFO.
• Preparing documents and agendas for meetings
• Travel Management for CMO & CFO - booking flights and hotels, managing schedules
• Expense management and reporting for CMO & CFO
• Liasing with external stakeholders
• Coordinating staff entertainment including team lunches and dinners
• Helping to organize external marketing events and team off-sites
• Managing swag for marketing events
• Supporting our wider Exec team as needed
• Working on ad-hoc projects as required

Skills & Experience

• Skilled EA with 5+ years experience supporting C-suite level executives
• Degree educated
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment or startup, and enjoys having a varied role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities
• A people person who can confidently work with cross functional teammates
• An individual who has the ability to work independently and take initiative to problem solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English fluency is required.

Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + equity + additional benefits. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
