We are looking for a Global Employer Branding Manager to tell Okcoin’s story to the masses! You are a pro at positioning companies as great places to work, in order to attract, engage and hire the very best candidates to make Okcoin thrive. We're a fast-paced crypto company and are looking for a dependable and motivated individual who's ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate has impeccable communication skills, is a creative and effective strategist, and adapts well to change.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure employer branding strategies are in place for all employee groups globally, aligned with our Employee Value Proposition
• Develop and execute a talent community management strategy including employer branding across all channels and events, talent segmentation and talent community management
• Develop creative strategies to market and attract talent
• Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to attract talent to key roles
• Ensure a structured annual approach to external talent acquisition event management
• Utilize labor market trend and insights to inform talent attraction strategy
• Design a highly engaging candidate experience with a focus on a best-in-class interaction at every touch point
• Lead the development of a signature pre-boarding and onboarding experience
• Lead the development of a signature off-boarding process and ultimately the development of an alumni strategy

Qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• 8+ years Marketing/Branding experience
• Experience overseeing end to end process design
• Experience designing and executing (At least two of the following) EVPs, employer branding, talent community management, candidate experience, on-boarding and off-boarding strategies
• Experience executing a channel management strategy (including driving traffic and engagement through a careers sites and social media channels)
• Passion for and experience creating world-leading experiences to drive engagement and brand advocacy
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
