Web3 Head of Digital Performance and Marketing

This is a full-time remote position.

What you’ll do:

• Take a hands-on approach to immerse yourself in Cake DeFi, gaining a deep understanding of our business and our customers.
• Forge strong relationships across the Cake DeFi team.
• Review existing digital and performance marketing channels and activities to identify new opportunities, and look to implement best practices.
• Improve our market awareness and user acquisition through performance and digital growth acquisition strategies
• Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates collaboration
• Leverage insightful data and consumer insights to ensure we're able to plan ahead, in collaboration with the rest of the teams
• Lead, strategize, implement and optimize digital and performance marketing for Q3/Q4
• Map out all touch points across the funnel marketing process —from end-to-end.
• Manage the cross-channel digital and performance marketing funnel to increase awareness and conversions.
• Identify opportunities and utilise analytics to maximize reach, personalize user experiences and optimize attribution
• Drive personalized omni channel programs (email/push/in-app) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements
• Grow users from the ecosystem through user segmentation, product cross-selling / up-selling, and product offerings integration.

What you’ll need:

• Experience leading digital and performance marketing in a tech-focused, high-growth startup
• If not direct experience in the crypto industry, experience working with relevant target demographics
• The ability to keep an eye on the bigger picture whilst ensuring the daily operations are on track
• Experience with programnmatic ad-buying and performance ads management
• Expertise with customer lead generation and acquisition across digital platforms
• Familiarity with social media platforms from an advertising perspective, as well as full-funnel marketing
• Fluency in German or Italian is preferred because of target market
