What You’ll Do:

As the Head of Growth at Xdo, you will have a crucial role in fostering our community's growth and championing the widespread adoption of our platform globally. You will also oversee our marketing, communications, and ecosystem development initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include formulating and executing growth strategies through social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and event organization, all aimed at escalating our user base and daily active users (DAU). Additionally, you will be tasked with managing marketing KPIs and budgets to ensure optimal impact. Your role will also involve keeping abreast of Web3 trends, contributing to strategic company decisions, and most importantly, striking a balance between long-term planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Assume leadership of developing, nurturing, and expanding our marketing, social media, and ecosystem teams, while fostering seamless cross-functional communication among key stakeholders.


  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Design and execute a holistic marketing strategy that is in harmony with the company's broad objectives, driving coherent and impactful brand messaging.


  • Brand Development: Work in tandem with the executive team to refine and consistently apply our brand identity and voice across all marketing channels and initiatives.


  • Social Media Management: Direct our social media strategy, guiding content creation and dissemination on platforms like Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram to engage our community and expand our reach.


  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with influencers and KOLs to amplify our brand presence and authenticity.


  • Content Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of content marketing that reinforces our position as a thought leader within the industry.


  • Event Sponsorship and Leadership Presence: Secure and leverage sponsorship and speaking opportunities at key industry events (including but not limited to conferences, influential podcasts, high-profile panel discussions, and other significant events.)


  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Establish and monitor key marketing metrics, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness.


  • Market and Trend Insights: Stay updated on emerging Web3 trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic direction.


  • Strategic Influence: Actively contribute to strategic discussions, offering insights that help shape the company's direction and narrative.


Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English with a preference for candidates who are also fluent in Chinese.


  • Network and Resources: Access to a robust network including  VCs/products/developer communities/KOLs resources.


  • Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Web3 landscape, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field, preferably including leadership in a token launch initiative.


  • Marketing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and growth hacking strategies.


  • Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency in making data-driven decisions and utilizing key marketing tools for strategic analysis, planning, and execution.


  • Leadership and Communication: Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.


  • Creativity and Innovation: Creative and innovative in marketing approaches, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.


  • Hands-On Execution: Willing and able to personally drive and complete projects with a hands-on approach.


  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.


  • Strategic Challenge: Capable of constructively challenging the executive team on key strategic and operational matters.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts with an OTE ranging from $150k- $230k. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
