What skills do you need for this vacancy?

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the marketing sphere;
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in blockchain marketing;
- Proven experience in growing crypto projects from scratch and/or boosting the volumes of already established crypto projects;
- Proven experience in strategic crypto marketing;
- Understanding of crypto community's growing mechanics and experience of its implementation;
- Understanding of projects unit economy and ability to adapt marketing strategies to it;
- Experience in managing marketing teams and strong trouble-solving skills;
 
What additional qualities can come in useful?

- Strong network in the blockchain sphere (connections with VC, projects, KOLs, etc.);
- Connections with other high-quality agencies, freelancers and other counterparties that could act as a contractor.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Work in “Head of the marketing style” with early-stage projects we are working with to set up their in-source processes;
- Consult projects in terms of performance marketing, SMM, community management, strategic marketing, etc.;
- Negotiate with counterparties and support connections between teams and ensure processes execution;
- Create and ensure optimization and execution of multichannel marketing strategies;
- Lead a marketing team that includes paid traffic, SMM, content specialists and so on;
- Act like a troubleshooter and be ready to help each team member with each task.
