Co-Founder & CTO (Blockchain)

ALMARSA is a small remote-first company with a distributed team across 3 continents. Our mission is to spread equality and build knowledge infrastructures through development of blockchain-based projects.

We are looking for a Co-Founder CTO with experience in Blockchain technology, specifically Ethereum and Polygon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a strong background in software engineering, and practical experience developing Blockchain-based applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Blockchain-based applications

Develop and implement technical strategies for the company

Work with the team to identify technical challenges and propose solutions

Continuously monitor and evaluate new technologies to determine their applicability to the company's objectives

Requirements:

Strong experience with Ethereum and Polygon

Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying Blockchain-based applications

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Solidity, Rust, or Go

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Willingness to frequently travel
