Noble is hiring a Web3 Head of Marketing

About Noble Noble is the canonical asset issuance chain in the modular ecosystem. Noble solves a variety of critical pain points around native issuance for developers and issuers alike, including: security, liquidity, compliance, standardization, and neutrality. Noble’s long-term vision is to be a UX unlock for all stablecoin and RWA issuers.
Responsibilities We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale Noble’s product and brand strategy. This is a solo marketing role to start, so we’re looking for someone creative,execution oriented and ready to be nimble and innovative. You’ll work closely with Product, Business Development, and Design to tell Noble’s story, 10x our user base in the coming year, and build momentum around the novel stablecoin products we are building. You’ll be responsible for championing Noble’s suite of stablecoin and DeFi products and will shape the voice of our brand alongside the Executive team. You should be comfortable using cutting edge tools (i.e. LLMs, advanced analytics tools, etc) to accelerate content creation, automate workflows, scale strategies, and generate new marketing assets in order to meet our audience where they are, quickly and effectively .
Product Marketing
Execute launch strategies for major product rollouts including Noble’s upcoming AppLayer launch Maintain and accelerate momentum for ongoing product campaigns related to Noble Dollar Collaborate with product and design to define key targeted audiences and develop content tailored to developers, asset issuers and end users Leverage Grafana, Hotjar and other advanced analytics tools, build dashboards and bots that track adoption metrics Conduct regular syncs with Product, BD, and the Executive team to align on product direction and campaign priorities
Communications, Social & Brand Strategy
Define and evolve Noble’s brand presence and voice across Twitter/X, Discord, LinkedIn, Telegram, and future digital channels alongside CEO Use AI-native tools to move fast and stay fresh across different formats without sacrificing quality Lead thought leadership campaigns to shape the conversation around stablecoins and Noble’s positioning across traditional mainstream outlets (i.e. broadcast media, press/news media, blogs, etc) Collaborate with partners in co-marketing opportunities Work closely with Head of Design on brand strategy and brand continuity
Community Management
Manage and scale Noble’s existing Regional Community Ambassadors across the globe
Organize and host X spaces, represent Noble at conferences, and partner with Operations in on events and IRL activations
Collaborate with BD to drive leads and inbound interest Partner with Product and Research Analyst to produce long-form explainers, Twitter threads, decks and technical blogs positioning Noble as solving a critical problem
Analytics and Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across our marketing channels and strategies and work closely with Product and BD on specific growth strategies related to adoption of Noble products Prepare reports on marketing metrics, community growth and the performance of Noble-issued assets for the leadership team, as needed Work with the Business Development team to provide insights into potential customer acquisition strategies and new business opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in building comprehensive marketing strategies within the Web3, broader blockchain space or FinTech. You have seen these strategies to completion from idea to execution and have had ownership on the success of these strategies Familiar with AI tools for content, design, video generation Comfortable working solo, wearing many hats, and pivoting quickly in a startup environment In-depth understanding of blockchains and the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape including, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have
Proficiency in using tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen to analyze community behavior and market trends Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Solidity) for better collaboration with technical teams Fluency in multiple languages to engage with a global crypto community Previous involvement in successful token launches and/or experience with community incentive programs or token-based reward systems
