Web3 Marketing Manager - NFT Platform

Salary dependent on experience - $80,000 - $120,000 with healthcare. US, New York preferred, candidates will ideally be located in the East Coast time zone.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a proven track record to join Monax as we define a unique position in the market. You will work with our VP of Community to design, lead and deliver the marketing strategy of our NFT platform as we go to market.

Monax is bridging real-world assets with digital ownership with a mission to make NFT transactions safe, secure, and legal. Our vision is to shift the NFT craze into a sustainable movement. Where all world assets can be represented on-chain, and with the legal protection required.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be responsible for the entire day to day management and execution of our marketing strategy for Aspen
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans
• Develop plans with clear objectives across different channels and segments, with the VP of Community
• Work with our internal teams and foster collaboration across the business
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices
• Establish and test both quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Assess community sentiment, needs and wants
• Translate community feedback into market insights and data driven actions
• Assist with copywriting and content creation across all platforms
• Identify opportunities and methods to reach potential new market segments and users
• Make marketing decisions that align with wider company goals and vision

You’ll have a high level of autonomy and we want you to use your skills to excite us and help us launch our platform to the market.

So, in summary, who do we need? Someone who has:

• Around 3-5 years experience in planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in agency marketing, a startup or technology based businesses is preferred
• Expert understanding of and proven experience with contemporary digital marketing methodology
• Experience with analytics, content marketing and social media campaigns
• Experience delivering strategies using objectives, metrics and milestones
• We’d like you to be able to thoughtfully consider both positive and negative feedback, and move forward without prejudice
• The ability to manage, influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management, planning and operational skills
• The ability to prioritize a wide variety of projects
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Nice to have:

• Previous marketing experience in a blockchain, cryptocurrency or NFT project
• Previous experience working with NFTs and a presence in the space
• Experience with a venture-funded, high-growth technology/fintech startup
