Web3 Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekly and monthly reporting of business analytics for assigned projects
• Assist with the creation of influencer marketing campaigns
• Monitor and track key performance indicators, data, and analytics 
• Manage and enhance relationships with external vendors
• Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities and maintain a P&L for assigned projects
• Collaborate and partner with core marketing teams on projects focused on optimization to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Identify the most effective marketing channels
• Identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager, Marketing Coordinator)Proven experience with reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent MS Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams in large organizations, including internationally is a plus
• Passion for crypto is a plus
• A self-starter mentality
