RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.

RECUR is seeking a Director to lead our People Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will be focused on developing global and scalable programs and initiatives throughout the organization.

What you will do at RECUR

  • Lead the ongoing transformation of RECUR programs by driving the planning, vision, compliance and development of the total rewards program
  • Collaborate with key senior stakeholders to transform current processes and support a growing, dynamic organization
  • Analyze, propose, drive, and iterate on our global workforce strategy ensuring we support our global workforce in a consistent manner while mitigating any unacceptable risk
  • Own the planning and execution of various multi-dimensional efforts that shape and impact the employee experience, culture and business operations
  • Manage, resolve, and engage with employees on complex employee relations matters, cultural initiatives, and day-to-day process development and improvement. Foster a work environment conducive to success, with a strong focus on creating positive working environments and ensuring the team remains collaborative and supportive
  • Areas of responsibilities include compensation, equity, benefits, wellness, compliance, performance reviews, people analytics and HRIS

What you bring to RECUR

  • 7+ years human resources experience with at least 5 years overseeing people operations ideally at a technology company, startup, or high growth company that had globally distributed, work-from-home teams, as well as international offices of various sizes
  • Worked with alternate workforces on a daily basis, including consultants, agency staff, BPOs, PEOs, and umbrella companies
  • Ability to manage multiple critical priorities/projects without losing attention to detail or a positive attitude
  • Ability to build solid and effective business relationships, be a collaborative team player, and deliver better business outcomes
  • Ability to comfortably move between strategic business partner and day-to-day HR operations
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to adapt, lead and drive change
  • Experienced with US labor and employment topics, as well as all core HR functions and policies
  • Passionate about your work, people and our product.
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
