About the Role:
We are looking for someone with a passion for NFTs, with deep understanding of the NFT and Web3 landscape. For you the Metaverse is much more than hype, you work and live there. Naturally, you know who is who in the crypto Twitter, and you are among the trendsetters. If you want to turn your passion into a profession and help brands and companies to release their own NFT projects, join our newly formed NFT marketing team.
We are looking for someone who is able to conceptualise, manage and launch unique NFT drops that will help build one of a kind metaverse experiences. This person will be responsible for managing a network of partners and creators as well as leading a cross-functional team in the day to day delivery of the assigned NFT projects.

For this role you will need to:

• Lead the whole NFT Drop process, from inception to final release, playing a key role in coordinating all internal and external parties including legal and finance, product.
• Be responsible for the Drop’s timely delivery, with the best possible quality, in line with our internal standards and processes.
• Create and manage a fast-growing pipeline of NFT drops and strategic partnerships with Creators and Brands.
• Act as a key point of contact for brand partners involved in the Drop
• Provide support before, during and after NFT drops on relevant social media (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Telegram)
• Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team, including tasks and projects as assigned (e.g., past drop case studies, NFT ideation, NFT project benchmarking, etc).
• Maintain deep understanding of the Web3 space and evolving trends and provide actionable insights back into the Digital team.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience in multiple acquisition channels and growth hacking methods with a good understanding of the Web3 landscape.
• Knowledge of who is who in the NFT ecosystem
• At least one NFT campaign managed
• Experience in scaling products in fast-paced and rapidly changing industries
• You can translate data and observations into an actionable growth strategy
• You are skilled in distilling your (teams) work in clear to understand reports or slide decks.
• You know how to manage a team and utilize everyone’s abilities
• You can deal with multiple clients/projects during the week and still smile.
• You are a storyteller, creative thinker and problem solver
• Have experience managing a brand across multiple projects
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
