OpenSea is hiring a Web3 Partner Marketing Manager
Compensation: $40k - $62k estimated

Reporting to OpenSea's Head of Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager will oversee strategy and execution for key content partners. Deeply collaborative, creative, and strategic, the person who fills this role will work closely with leads across marketing, business development, and engineering to conceptualize and manage a pipeline of marketing campaigns for a diverse range of partners dropping content on the OpenSea platform. This is a great opportunity to join OpenSea's growing marketing team and help define processes and strategies as we introduce this exciting new technology to new users around the word.
Responsibilities - Contribute to overall partner marketing strategy. - Work with and educate partners on marketing strategy and execution. - Consult with partnerships team and partner marketing team lead to strategize on future plans/sales/opportunities. - Build decks and resources to better our partner marketing offering. - Work cross-functionally with customer success, community, product, and engineering peers. - Work with the product team and partner marketing team lead to find better ways to market our partners on the platform. - Write partner-focused editorial content for blog/email/press releases.
Desired Experience - Build strong relationships and have experience doing so with partners in a range of industries. - Leverage creative thinking to solve problems. - Have experience bringing innovative content to market in a new industry. - Utilize data to provide actionable insights and ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome. - Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives. - A plus, if you have experience and/or is passionate in ecommerce and/or the blockchain.
