Web3 PR Senior Manager - South LATAM

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term communications strategy that supports Binance Spanish Speaking Market business in LATAM, brand and policy objectives.
• Create, implement and manage strategic communication programs to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external constituencies.
• Lead corporate and brand communications initiatives in Spanish Speaking Markets in LATAM, focusing on the South Cone.
• Track emerging issues and assess their potential impact on Binance; map key stakeholders and build coalitions to drive Binance's corporate, brand and policy agenda.
• Manage PR agencies to support strategic initiatives and develop communications materials, including story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speeches.
• Work with company spokespeople to prepare them for public speaking engagements, media interviews, and company meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent communications on the Spanish leadership team.
• Must be comfortable with using data to shape stories and use it for various local news angles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 10+ years Communications experience, including either working in-house or in a PR agency.
• Solid understanding of Spanish Speaking LATAM policy environment with a proven-track record working on communications initiatives involving corporate, policy and crisis communications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional leads in a matrix organization.
• Excellent writing skills both in Spanish and English.
• Passion for Binance and the mission of the company.
• Experience working on projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining enthusiasm and calm demeanor in stressful situations.
• An international and inclusive mindset.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly/half yearly reports.
• Manage PR-related budgets.
