With customer acquisition costs soaring and consumers becoming less brand-loyal, Flaunt’s custom loyalty software and AI services are proven to raise repeat revenue by +17%, while expanding retention capacity. Flaunt is growing 4x year-over-year serving high-growth e-commerce brands like Barfaced, Magic Mind, and Flamingo Estate, as well as omni-channel businesses like Platinum Dermatology Partners and Sleep Number. We are hiring for key roles to scale our solution to the vast ecosystem of businesses using Shopify for e-commerce. About this role: As a Senior Consultant, Retention at Flaunt, you will be the ultimate retention expert in the company, playing a critical part of delivering strategic retention advisory and marketing services for a select portfolio of Flaunt clients as an embedded member of their teams. You will report directly to our Chief Client Officer and work closely with our Principal Data Analyst, Software Engineers, and AI Engineers to build out our AI Product that helps scale Flaunt’s consulting services to the tens of thousands of brands on Shopify. What you’ll do:

Propose and refine loyalty & retention strategies: Ideate innovative approaches to boost repeat purchases and enhance brand stickiness, then translate those ideas into actionable roadmaps. Manage client engagements: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects stay on track and delivering measurable outcomes that build customer loyalty. Execute special projects: Tackle diverse initiatives, ranging from campaign development to customer journey optimization, and see them through from concept to launch. Drive data-backed insights: Partner with our data team and Chief Client Officer to interpret analytics, recommend improvements, and refine retention tactics for maximum ROI. Collaborate across teams: Work hand in hand with engineers, designers, and other specialists to integrate custom loyalty software and AI services into comprehensive client solutions. Track and optimize performance: Continuously measure key performance indicators, course-correct strategies, and share results with stakeholders to maintain transparency and momentum.

Be a strong, opinionated voice on the team: Advocate for best practices, champion new ideas, and help shape our emerging processes and procedures as we scale. What you’ll need:

3+ years of retention marketing (primarily email/sms and loyalty/subscription/referral management) Expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify and either experience or ability to learn how to use Recharge, Skio, Attentive, and other retention apps. Strong analytical skill set to analyze campaign and customer segmentation performance and identify opportunities Strategic thinking and planning capability Strong presentation skills Ability to work with data analyst to test various audience segments and model scenarios Advanced understanding of email strategy and engagement metrics Strong background in analytics, data, A/B testing and customer segmentation Familiarity with attribution modeling and skilled at defining KPI reports Bonus: Experience in the skincare, beauty, wellness, and/or fashion industries Excitement at leveraging AI to revolutionize the retention software and consulting landscape
