Web3 Product Marketing Manager - Core

Compensation: $72k - $100k estimated

Location: NY Brooklyn, New York, United States

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Quickly integrate with teams to learn/master the Avalanche network while gaining a deep understanding of its differentiation and target markets
  • Take ownership of Core product launch projects/strategies
  • Align Product and Marketing team goals, processes, and overall communications
  • Design delivery strategies of brand identity, messaging, positioning, market segmentation, and other PMM motions to maximize product and feature adoption
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to develop strategies, assets, and campaigns
  • Optimize channel growth and customer acquisition strategies
  • Develop and launch campaigns that prime marketing funnels and maximize user acquisition
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" when collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
  • Work with channel owners to define, manage and activate campaigns
  • Measure the effectiveness of Product Marketing launches and campaigns
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of technical Product Marketing Management
  • Managed and delivered 1 or more end-to-end product launches
  • Strong messaging, positioning, and market segmentation skills
  • ICP analysis, development, and case studies
  • Competitive analysis strategies
  • Adept at managing a product roadmap
  • Prior experience in startups, enterprise software, or consumer-facing software products
  • Pricing and packaging experience
  • Notion or other collaboration tools
  • Social Media experience, especially Discord & Twitter
  • Experience collaborating with marketing & business teams

NICE TO HAVES

  • 3+ years in a SaaS start-up environment
  • Expert level target market research, messaging, and product launch experience
  • Superior writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with dApp product launches
  • Strong knowledge of crypto wallets, layer 1 blockchain, or adjacent technologies
  • Performance analytics background
  • Customer acquisition strategies (i.e., paid, SEO, social, web, email)
  • Ability to influence and gain confidence from internal stakeholders
  • Strong mediation and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
