Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. We have tons to do, building the future of web3, and we need help delivering world class products and experiences that enable the promise of web3 to everyone. This person will be key in taking Yuga Labs to the next stage as they will drive the success of growth products that will expand the company’s capabilities. This person will partner closely with cross-functional teams (including Product Management, User Research, Design, Engineering, Production and Data Science) to deliver these experiences and ensure success. To be successful, the candidate must have a combination of strategic vision, strong communication skills, user empathy, collaborative mindset (one team, one dream), executional excellence and a strong interest in web3.

The Job

• Development of the Go To Market (GTM) strategy for growth products/projects and oversee execution
• Lead best-in-class market assessments through qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Partner with Product teams to identify and bring innovative products/solutions to market
• Partner with Product and Production teams to identify long-term opportunities and strategic views of product direction
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors

Your Skills

• Experience with product marketing and or product management experience with software products
• Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strategic product marketing experience and hands-on tactical execution
• Ability to be scrappy, think fast, innovative with a growth-oriented mindset
• Experience in leveraging data to support products in market and guiding GTM strategy
