What will you do?

We are seeking an organized, creative, and analytical person to support the Grants and Strategy team. In this role, you will lead a variety of projects related to the grants program and general strategic initiatives the Foundation undertakes.The perfect candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is always optimizing, automating, and improving process, is naturally analytical, and can handle working in an unstructured setting with little direction.

• Develop an Account Management model for the Solana Foundation Grants program
• Own tools, analytics, and contract management
• Align with Subject Matter Experts to refine vertical strategies
• Automate as much as you can

Requirements

• Familiarity with the web3 space and Solana in particular
• Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot ideally)
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Apps and building forecasting models
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience: ideally in sales operations, management consulting, or other analytical work
