Ripple is hiring a Web3 Senior Product Marketing Manager, RippleNet Product Marketing, Payments

Ripple connects banks, payment providers, corporates and digital asset exchanges via RippleNet to provide one frictionless experience to send money globally.
We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial B2B focused product marketing leader to drive our product and go-to-market strategy for payments on RippleNet. This person will drive core go-to-market strategy for enterprise solutions across payments, blockchain, and digital assets for financial institutions.
In close partnership with marketing colleagues, product management, engineering, business development/operations, finance, sales and customer success stakeholders, you’ll develop the core GTM strategy and roadmap for which customer segments and use cases to target for adoption. This leader will collect and synthesize insights from the field teams, customers, markets, and regions to incorporate into the decision making process, and champion the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps.
You’ll drive and navigate opportunities through the ever changing payments and crypto landscape. You will lead by example, serving as the customer expert across our product and business priorities. You will excel at solving complex problems, driving clarity from ambiguity and pushing cross-functional stakeholders to think differently from and beyond what already exists in the market to serve evolving customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading product marketing and strategy for a disruptive enterprise technology in a quickly evolving, start-up environment. Experience in Financial Services or Blockchain/Crypto is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead go-to-market planning and cross-functional implementation for existing and new products or releases, including business case, customer segmentation, positioning, packaging, pricing, etc.
- Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the voice of the customer and market internally with Product Management and Engineering.
- Uncover and initiate new business opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive and key crypto trends.
- Be a thought partner in holistic marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns working with the broader marketing, design, and comms teams.
- Partner with Revenue Ops, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive field enablement.
- Drive innovation by leveraging key trends in the broader crypto/blockchain, digital asset, and fintech ecosystem.
What We’re Looking for:
- 10+ years of work experience; 4+ years of direct experience in B2B Product Marketing.
- Experience in a fast paced B2B start-up environment is a big plus.
- A strong interest, curiosity and passion for digital assets / crypto markets is a must.
- A strong track record of being both strategy and execution-oriented.
- Excel at simplifying complex concepts in messaging and crafting well-connected positioning.
- Ability to work across multiple regions and functions to represent the voice of the customer.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
- Serious attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Proactive, energetic and relentless towards driving progress.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence priorities to deliver impact.
