Web3 VP, Brand Management (Remote)

This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Steve Cohen, Hedge Fund Manager & owner of the NY Mets, Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.

RECUR is seeking a VP, Brand Management to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling company where you will lead our strategic partnerships and the overall strategy of the brand team.

What you will do at RECUR

• Lead the day to day operations brand partnerships for the RECUR portfolio
• Be the executive contact to the Brand Partner
• Own and Drive Revenue to achieve financial goals by Brand
• Set the strategic direction with Brand Directors and Brand Partners for annual content release plans
• Manage multiple resources and assist in prioritizing and delegating tasks to various teams
• Communicate and Collaborate with Gaming, Creative, Community, Marketing, & Product to deliver outstanding Product and Fan experiences
• Work closely with the Creative team to lead the strategy of each brand
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Brand Management team

What you bring to RECUR

• 12+ years of experience in brand and franchise portfolio management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create presentation decks from scratch along with EXCEPTIONAL presentation skills and deck design
• Forward-thinker who can anticipate the needs of the team and think strategically in the long-term
• Outstanding leadership and strategic thinking skills
