About The Role
Help us grow! We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented VP of Marketing to establish the marketing growth function and deliver high-quality traffic, nurture prospective customers to product usage and then to maximize adoption of the platform. Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be to build a machine that can massively - and efficiently - grow customer acquisition and use scaled communication to improve our customers’ lifecycle and product adoption from both an institutional and retail perspective. You will own a set of global levers, including Performance, SEO/Organic, Social and Lifecycle Marketing, and will work closely with Product, Marketing, Creative and Analytics teams to ensure consistency in our use of local tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition at scale across Performance, SEO/Organic and other global channels, managing growth specialists and agencies.
- Improve customer lifecycle journeys and adoption of our product from both an institutional and retail standpoint.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive nurture, activation and customer retention globally via email, in-product and other scaled communication channels.
- Support ideation and execution of local Growth Marketing initiatives around the world, as well as adapting global initiatives to reflect local market dynamics.
- Work closely with colleagues in Data to improve our understanding of channel performance and ROI globally, Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.
- Work closely with colleagues in Product to improve the quality and consistency of our customers’ journeys with Stablehouse, from discovery to usage.
- Own the A/B testing process across creative, messaging and optimisation tactics on ads as well as on landing pages for both prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
Skills and Attributes for success
- 7+ years of full-stack marketing and senior leadership experience with B2B & B2C marketing within traditional financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Traditional finance, client segments and the overall industry landscape
- Exposure (Desirable) to fintech, crypto, social media or technology products and experience in bringing products and services to market and growing them to a large scale.
- Experience at scaling or running an app based business a big plus but not crucial
- Demonstrated success managing performance marketing and growth experimentation process, across multiple channels to drive efficient and sustained user and revenue growth.
- Best-in-class brand builder and storyteller; proven success crafting brands from the ground up and a track record of building brand engagement and generating business growth.
- Proven ability to holistically run a high performance team. An inspiring leader who communicates well, has gravitas and credibility. Proven leadership experience within a multi-matrix environment
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, respectful, high integrity, able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly changing environment.
