Job Title: Social Media Manager

Ankr is seeking an experienced social media manager with a passion for producing outside-the-box content and a flair for connecting with audiences in the Web3/blockchain/crypto space. The social media manager will be the first point of contact between Ankr and the hundreds of thousands of current and prospective clients, developers, and companies following us on our social channels. Our ideal candidate is an energetic storyteller who can have fun nurturing an upbeat rapport with our audience while presenting the unique selling points of Ankr’s innovative products and services as a Web3 infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy by conducting competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging development, and audience identification.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content on Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube. A crucial part of this role is the ability to generate 2-3 YouTube shorts/ Reels per week.
• Data Analysis: Continuously improve social media efforts by collecting and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices. Act on this information to optimize strategies and content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including customer relations and sales, to manage our online reputation, identify key players within the Web3 space, and coordinate actions for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in content creation/ marketing/ copywriting/ social media management
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and the decentralized internet.
• Strong creative, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics.
• A passion for emerging technologies and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
