An exciting marketing opportunity with our Academy! Reporting to our Head of APAC and Academy, you will be responsible for the success of all education-related content on Binance in the region. You will be driving the learning of crypto, blockchain technology for people from all walks of life in the APAC community through partnerships, localisation, advocacy and so on!

Responsibilities:

• Elevate the awareness of crypto, blockchain technology and its benefits across all segments of society, from university students to regulators and everyone in between
• Localise, curate and customise academy’s global pool of content for local markets
• Drive partnerships in form of workshops/ seminars/ online learning classes with local universities, government agencies, non-profits, etc. and co-develop programs related to education of the future technology
• Run education-related marketing campaigns such as “Learn and Earn” where participants may receive crypto for learning about blockchain-related topics and completing exams successfully, or blockchain masterclasses where one specific area of blockchain (e.g. NFTs) is covered in great depth
• Coordinate with local and central marketing teams to leverage cross selling opportunities across academy products
• Identify other opportunities for Binance to become active and innovate in the education space, e.g. diplomas / certificates in NFTs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing, business development, or cross-functional role from a technology company or sizable multinational corporate
• Passionate and exposure to crypto, blockchain and DeFi
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong track record in developing innovative solutions
• Ability to multi-task and work in a highly dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
• Strong English language oral and written communication skills, another Asian language would be a plus
• Willingness to travel for work
