Responsibilities:
- Create new user growth strategy, increase user retention and activation, form and implement a long-term positive optimization strategy
- Uncover customer's unique needs and challenges
- Create, manage and monitor marketing campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience
- Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and trading or finance/banking/payments industry
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage and interact with a diverse workforce; strong organization and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively
- Result oriented, hardworking and value teamwork
- Clear thinking, proactive, patient, strong ability to work under pressure
- A Binance P2P user is highly preferred
