We are seeking a Director of Talent who will be leading recruitment initiatives for BItGo's most important business groups, while managing the broader Recruiting organization in our fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a distributed team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators
• Provide insight and direction in ensuring we are attracting diverse and qualified candidates to our hiring pipelines
• Address complex hiring challenges by indexing data as your key driver in decision making
• Inspire workforce planning discussions- identifying talent trends, developing recruiting strategies for short-term and long-term hiring plans
• Support employer branding projects to make the BitGo name a recognized presence across the global job market
• Be a strategic talent advisor to our leadership teams
• Partner with our Early Talent team
• Guide our company's diversity and inclusion strategies

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years experience managing a recruiting team
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization, with strong influencing skills
• Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, and confidence in your team and internal clients
• Start-up experience required: being comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in Fintech or Cryptocurrency preferred
