We are looking for a Business Executive to join the team and conduct market research on crypto investment. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on the cryptocurrency market, identifying investment opportunities, executing strategic crypto trades, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the growth and success of our crypto-focused business initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the current state of the cryptocurrency market, emerging trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities and risks to inform our strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement profitable trading strategies for our crypto asset portfolios, utilizing your expertise in technical and fundamental analysis, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Utilize advanced technical analysis, quantitative models, and market intelligence to identify profitable cryptocurrency trading opportunities.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to optimize the risk-return profile of crypto trading positions.
• Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, regulators, and the broader crypto community.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company's crypto business, helping to set long-term goals, identify growth opportunities, and develop robust execution plans.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties are required.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and risk management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge on cryptocurrency protocols, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other emerging crypto-related applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency market and its potential to transform the financial landscape.
