Job Description

We're looking for an HR who will collaborate with global colleagues and leaders. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the culture of the firm they are working for and love the business the firm is doing. In this role, you will have the chance to manage running the office of a startup, help shape the team culture, and learn the recruitment process. Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives that drive engagement for new and current employees.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of all HR records, and systems - knowledge in using HR Technology. Support colleagues on proper use as needed.
  • Act as a brand ambassador of our core values when connecting with prospective talent and stakeholders and maintaining close collaborations.
  • Handle with labor/health insurance, and payroll operations and enable to address & support employee's request/issue as necessary.
  • Acts in the role of Admin; support for HRBP to coordinate meetings and logistics, document filing & data entry, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Coordinate the learning and development function.
  • Other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local labor regulations, HR operations and local recruitment specifics.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and enjoy numbers.
  • Having the can-do mentality when dealing with ambiguity.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized.
  • Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively.
