Job Description

Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert advice on financial regulations, corporate governance, and contracts.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and industry standards, updating policies.
- Contract Review: Handle legal agreements, including client contracts and partnerships.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks in operations and transactions.
- Dispute Resolution: Oversee dispute resolution matters, collaborating with external counsel.
- Policy Development: Contribute to developing and enhancing company policies for legal compliance.
- Legal Research: Stay informed about legal changes affecting the financial industry.
Qualifications
- Law Degree: Preferably a legal master's or higher; Qualification as an attorney in Taiwan or another jurisdiction is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in legal roles within the financial industry.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, offering practical legal solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
