About the Opportunity

As the IT Support Engineer, you will provide frontline technical support and maintenance for end-user devices, software, networks, and other peripherals to ensure a productive working environment. This role serves as the primary IT resource for troubleshooting and resolving desktop and application issues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and administer wired and wireless network connectivity, access controls, intranet services, and VPN configurations
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage IT hardware inventory including printers, laptops, monitors, video conferencing equipment, etc.
  • Set up and install new IT equipment in the office as needed
  • Provide support for critical business applications to ensure availability and functionality
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, software programs, etc.
  • Escalate complex software or hardware problems to the appropriate teams

What We Look For In You:

  • Solid experience in desktop support, help desk or related IT role
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware, peripherals, and software
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs
  • Proficiency supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
