Responsibilities:

• Conduct the design of To C financial product functions, output prototypes and PRD, promote the functions to launch.
• Discover users demands and optimize user experience and interaction design continuously.
• Improve product competitiveness and user experience through data analysis, competitors research and other means;
• Cooperate with marketing, operation, business development teams and other departments to jointly achieve the growth of trading volume.

Requirements:

• Have a strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
• 1-3 years of product manager experience and a bachelor's degree is required.
• Graduating from a well-known university or having product manager experience in a well-known Internet or blockchain company is preferred
• Have an in-depth understanding of interaction design, product research and data analysis, good at discovering demands from the user's perspective, and completing the user experience optimisation plan;
• Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork awareness and communication skills, and be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to users and the team.
• Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options is preferred
