Job description:
- Lead a small team
- Ensure timely approval of payment in systems
- Ensure compliance of the whole AP procedures
- Creditor analysis report
- Make suggestions on AP procedures
- Liaise with multi-departments for their needs and suggest solutions
- Involve in policy making communication with other departments
- Support ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy or related discipline
- Relevant experience AP accounting
- Prior experience in MNC is preferred
- Professional qualification with HKICPA/ACCA or candidate is seating for exam is preferred
- Detail-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and detailed minded
- Experience in Helios is preferred
- Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
