Strategy department has been set up to continue to tell the stories of life at Parity, our excellent team members and build content around the future of work. We’re looking for someone to support our team in telling our stories visually.

Responsibilities

• Support the org.strategy team in the in creation and execution of innovative graphic designs for social media, swag, presentations and content
• Design presentations and communication materials that visually translate Parity’s employer brand
• Work with the team to create assets such as social posts, video, etc,.
• Help designing assets for events, conferences, and online assets
• Work on the brand topics for Parity

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, startup or in a design team
• Proven experience designing for Social, Digital and Traditional Media
• Experience working in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere and After effects.
• Online portfolio that you can share
