Job Title: Campaign Manager
Location: New York
Salary range: $90,000 - 110,000 + Competitive Benefits and Bonus package

Join our team at R3 as a key contributor in the role of Campaign Manager. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute impactful campaigns that drive pipeline growth for our cutting-edge enterprise blockchain platform, Corda.
 
In this position, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the success of demand generation and nurture campaigns. You'll leverage a diverse range of marketing tools and digital marketing tactics to generate interest and demand for Corda.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Executing, managing, and measuring marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand and build the sales pipeline.
    • Running multi-touch campaigns using various tactics such as email, organic/paid social media, SEO, display advertising, and webinars.
    • Adopting an experimental mindset to drive, test, learn, and optimize campaigns.
    • Conducting A/B testing across all channels and leveraging data and feedback from previous projects to enhance future campaigns.
    • Identifying conversion and drop-off points to optimize user funnels.
    • Collaborating with Corporate and Product Marketing teams to develop campaign-specific content, visuals, and copy.
    • Identifying online sponsorship and content syndication opportunities.
    • Supporting Heads of Field Marketing in engaging and nurturing prospects through marketing automation tools like Pardot and Zoominfo.
    • Providing ongoing reporting and campaign insights to stakeholders.
    • Handling ad hoc projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Achievement of measurable success in effectively managing B2B campaigns and driving demand generation.
    • Working experience in campaign management, showcasing your expertise and proficiency.
    • Proficiency in campaign planning, content production, and digital marketing is crucial for this role.
    • Hands-on experience and a strong command of Pardot and Salesforce.com are necessary, and familiarity with 6Sense and Zoominfo would be advantageous.
    • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
    • Experience of multi-touch attribution reporting a plus.
    • Good project management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple diverse projects at once.
    • Previous exposure to the financial services or technology industry would be a valuable addition to our team.
