Opportunityfor Impact
- Create strategic plans and execute programs that support lead generation and community engagement including: activations, webinars, ABX programming, public sector events
- Partner effectively across the go-to-market and SLT teams by aligning and enabling on these programs
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of Activations and Marketing specialists
- Ensure that our community understands the value of our products and the pace of our innovation through meaningful engagement
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to derive from activations impactful content, communications, and campaigns
- Steward a data-driven strategy by establishing reporting and metrics for success
- Gain a deep business understanding and ensure accurate decision-making through an agile mindset and aptitude for detail
- Define the strategy and lead the Operations Council, driving impact across the org by unlocking operational efficiencies and improving organizational effectiveness
Role and Responsibilities
- 10 years of experience in marketing, operations, and strategy in a B2B hypergrowth environment
- 5 years of experience developing business strategies and managing cross-functional initiatives including working with executive stakeholders
- 4 years of experience in people management
- Experience in lead generation, events, webinars, product marketing, customer marketing
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and creative way
- Ability to act as a dot connector, committed to identifying and unlocking organizational synergies, operational efficiencies, and building and improving on processes
- Track record of organizing information to help structure decision-making processes and align and enable stakeholders
