Skills & experience we're looking for šØāš»
- Passion for mobile gaming ecosystems
- Prior experience in user research is ideal (count in your classroom and industry projects)
- Self motivation to dive deep into the research topic unassisted and bring new knowledge to the table
- Interest and proactiveness in exploring Real Money Gaming and Blockchain/NFT based gaming ecosystems is a must
- Drive to learn and implement best practices in user research
- Excellent in observation and synthesis; should be able to connect the dots across seemingly disparate info
- The ability to communicate and present research findings in a simple yet persuasive manner
- Proficiency in at least one regional languages is a plus
- Self-motivated to work on your own timeline
You will š²
- Conduct secondary and primary research
- Secondary research on Blockchain based gaming economies, playersā insights, trends in the Indian market, predictions and extrapolations (biz+tech+user) on web 3.0 and other related topics
- Derive key learning from secondary research and share those with internal stakeholders as actionable insights
- Support the researchers with all types of projects as and when needed; may include co-moderating primary research sessions with a researcher, and note-taking
- Create user surveys (over Google Forms, Typeform)
- Managing projects logistics such as retrieving user data from analytics team
- Recruit from the database provided by coordinating with recruitment agencies
- Keeping the researchers and UXR mentor updated (of all relevant developments) on a real time basis
