What Will you do:

• Recruiting and supporting new affiliates
• Maintaining existing affiliates
• Monitoring affiliate programs and activities
• Searching for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiating with them to join our affiliate program
• Communicating with designers - conversion promo materials preparation for Affiliates with a specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
• Preparing marketing briefs and working with our Creative Team to develop assets for campaigns
• Developing new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
• Representing the company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc)

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in Sales / Retention or similar
• Work experience as an Affiliate Manager would be a plus
• Fluent English and Portuguese/Spanish is a must
• Ability to operate independently and meet established deadlines on time
• Multi-tasking skills and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and positive attitude
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings
