The Position:

We are looking for an innovative marketing leader to build and drive the marketing strategy, and team, to help expand the company's footprint around the globe. You should be a passionate, highly skilled, and pragmatic leader, a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in industry-relevant marketing practices.

You will work directly with the Founders, and drive the company's marketing strategy and growth plan.

Responsibilities:

• Set an exciting marketing vision in alignment with our mission and ideas
• Make executive decisions on behalf of all marketing functions
• Develop and lead high impact plans and strategies
• Drive ROI generating content marketing + customer journey strategies
• Use data and metrics to make evidence-based decisions
• Determine KPIs and manage the performance of the marketing functions
• Track campaign and activity KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
• Maintain and report on marketing budgets
• Work with other divisions and project teams to maximise marketing-related outcomes
• Act as a mentor to the marketing team
• Ensure marketing tools used are effective and optimised
• Stay up to date with the latest blockchain developments and marketing trends
• Stay up to date with the latest best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing at other high-growth companies, preferably with a background in working with startups
• Strategic, and ability to identify opportunities for growth as well as address any obstacles
• Strong creative vision and point of view, capable of bringing an idea to life through creative support
• Team player and are motivated by the company’s and team’s success and wellbeing
• A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online
