A well-established Financial Services client are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Director of Treasury to help lead their global treasury operations. This role is pivotal in managing liquidity, optimizing capital structure, and overseeing both fiat and crypto asset strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global cash and crypto positions, ensuring optimal liquidity across all entities.

• Forecast and manage cash and crypto flows to support operational and strategic needs.

• Manage relationships with traditional banks, crypto custodians, and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.

• Evaluate and onboard new financial partners to support treasury operations.

• Develop and execute investment strategies for excess cash and crypto holdings.

• Monitor market trends and assess opportunities in money markets, fixed income, and digital assets.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks including FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks.

• Implement robust controls and compliance frameworks for crypto asset management.

• Prepare and present treasury reports, KPIs, and risk assessments to senior leadership and the board.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Build and mentor a high-performing treasury team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or investment management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience managing crypto assets or an understanding of blockchain assets

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
