Job Summary: We are looking for our Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, you will oversee all operational functions, from marketing and design to finance, partnerships, and customer support. This will be the most challenging and intense role of your life, but it's also the most rewarding thing you'll ever work on. We're seeking a true leader to work directly with Frank on making DeGods & y00ts (and any future projects) the largest NFT projects in the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational functions, including marketing, design, finance, partnerships and customer support.
• Work closely with CEO to set ambitious goals & achieve them quickly while maintaining unwavering bar of quality
• Manage and develop a lean, cross-functional remote team to accomplish seemingly impossible targets
• Translate constant inflow of opportunities into ruthlessly prioritized cross-functional operational plans
• Solve extremely complex problems with simple, elegant solutions that meet the needs of many different stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, including the CEO, team and broader NFT community
• Represent DeLabs team to the public in the highest leadership capacity on a daily basis

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Top 1% in the world problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience working in non-traditional business models and generating creative, efficient revenue models
• Comfortable with working in crisis situations in a highly public role & calmly dealing with constant public scrutiny
• Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, growth marketing, NFTs, data analytics, technology & working with technical teams
• Highly organized & proficient with project management tools
• Extremely proficient with creatively managing cash-flow & burn
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results on time
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
