A bit about the role:

Operations is where the magic happens. From community, partnerships, events, and internal strategy, operations is what drive growth and nurture Carv’s culture. This is a great opportunity to be an early operations hire at a rapidly growing gaming platform startup. The role will have an outsized impact on building the gaming ecosystem.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • • Design and implement online and offline social and community campaigns
  • • Build, maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other local community channels (including but not limited to SEA, LATAM, CIS, Africa)
  • • Plan, manage and collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, PM, dev etc.) to implement the operation and marketing Roadmap
  • • Organize and host events for local carvers, partners, and gamers, including but not limited to meet-ups, hackathons, and conferences (in-person, online, metaverse etc.)
  • • Initiate, plan, and deliver feature implementations product features to ensure they are delivered on time, and meet or exceed expectations
  • • Use a data-informed approach to improve critical metrics of the community and social media

We would love you to have:

  • • 1+ years of experience in PC/mobile game operations
  • • Passionate about the gaming industry with clear insights into games in different genres and good understanding of the global player-base
  • • Committed self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Having a second language is a plus
  • • Strong analytical capabilities
  • • Experience in blockchain is a plus
