JOB OBJECTIVE
Metalabs is a startup organization backed by one of the single largest real estate developers globally who are building a metaverse that will act as a platform where creators can tap into tools for gaming, Virtual Reality, NFTs and retail.
Metalabs is a startup organization backed by one of the single largest real estate developers globally who are building a metaverse that will act as a platform where creators can tap into tools for gaming, Virtual Reality, NFTs and retail.
- Support assigned communities through active management, maintenance and engagement.Â
- Be an active member in the community by proactively starting conversations. Stamp out bad behaviors and build relationships with community members.Â
- Listen and collect community feedback and report them to the team leader. Test and iterate on ways to increase community engagement.Â
- Work with attached marketing teams to organize and manage campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement on community platforms.Â
- Stay up to date on latest trends in the crypto industry.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEÂ
- Some Experience in Community Management and or similar role within the blockchain, gaming start up environmentsÂ
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.Â
- Motivated, self-driven and independent self-starter who will research and learn the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.Â
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Should have an active interest in discussing about Defi, DAOs, NFTs, and rug pulls.
