Job Description
In this role:
We are looking for our new Product manager to strengthen the team of 6 Product managers who drive evolutions of key products. You will be working on our Crypto trading products and Custody.
Â
Your missions :
- Build crypto product strategy with Sales, Business , Customer care, Â Marketing & tech teams : plan the mid-term strategic plans to build a product competitive edge.
- Understand target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights for our crypto business
- Work with Product designers and UX research to develop creative and powerful product.
- Measure product usage and feature adoptions.
- Define Objective Key Result to cross-functional teams.
- Support to deliver the product by collaborating with Product Analyst on Strategical / Tactical objectives and align Product roadmap / Strategy.
- Provide ongoing reporting on your KPI products and Strategic Key Result.
- Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and strategy.
Qualifications
- You have a demonstrated experience (around 4 years) in the crypto business, tackling a strategic position.
- ¡You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in Trading and staking Crypto Business
- You are recognized for your communication skills : youâll need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally and you will interact with engineers and technical analysts on a daily basis.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written): this is our working language. Good level in French is a plus.
