Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 2+ Years and strong Portfolio showcasing great storytelling, High attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously. Is able to prioritise large volumes of work effectively and efficiently with challenging deadlines at times.
• Excellent at organisation and time management to deliver at high quality.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on AfterEffects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Blender or other 3D tool is a plus.
• Ability to pick up new software and tools quickly.
• Team player willing to jump in where needed in order to create top of the line assets

You will 📲

• Collaborate with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives to prepare Storyboard, concepts and layout for motion graphic projects.
• Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics for video deliverables (Brand Videos, Product Explainer Videos, corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Design audio, video, colors, and animation for motion graphic design for the campaign.
• Build and Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines and design standards.
• Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Work with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and product designers on creative ideation and exploration, executing new designs and animation.
• Define and resolve technical and/or design issues across the teams.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organisation of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Raise the bar creatively in a Pro sports team environment.
