Blockdaemon is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help guide our institutional DeFi product strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role that will report to the Director of Product and work closely with engineering, design, business development, protocol specialists, marketing, and R&D.
Responsibilities
- Establish new DeFi product lines for institutional customers
- Become an expert in all aspects of institutional DeFi
- Build out and deliver an ambitious institutional DeFi roadmap
- Establish a deep understanding of the competitive product landscape
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for highly differentiated product offerings
- Meet with customers to ensure our institutional DeFi offering continues to deliver value over time
- Work closely with marketing to communicate the unique value proposition of our institutional DeFi offerings
- Work closely with R&D to explore new opportunities in institutional DeFi
Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols and broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Experience using API products and reading API documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a highly cross functional, technical role
- Attention to detail while being able to think and analyze holistically and at a high level
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
