Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• A proven track record of collaborating with, partnering with, and enabling great teams.
• Ability to diligently follow up and track progress of projects
• Communication skills, including the ability to distill the essence of ideas for executives.
• Ability to partner with both virtual and on-site teams.
• Strong interest in blockchain and crypto.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple calendars quickly and efficiently
• Help executive team’s priorities, including conducting analysis and research to support key decisions.
• Help enhance productivity of the organization.
• Be an executive-level partner and co-pilot to the CEO in all aspects of company-building
• See around corners – understand the levers of value creation for the company and be a proactive champion for the things that need to get done
• Support in ensuring hygiene around performance reviews, KPIs, quarterly planning
• Demonstrated success and career traction in a high-paced environment such as Management Consulting, Private Equity Portfolio Companies, or Start-Ups.
• Coordinate meetings and greet clients.
