This role is a caretaker for the IT needs of remote team members. You will need to deal with normal IT routine processes, including with broken laptops, missing accesses & credentials, and onboarding follow-ups, with a focus on the security of our employees and their devices. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for quality and safety in what they do.

What You will be Doing

• Help with ordering and purchasing of hardware items: laptops, security keys mainly.
• Security Configuration of the hardware and software, including MDM, EDR, and other security software setup.
• Routing and distribution of the hardware items within the defined geographical area.
• Participation in On/Offboarding processes.
• User Access and License Management to several common systems
• Keeping the Guidelines and user instructions up to date
• Route incoming IT-related requests to the appropriate team\person
• Helping colleagues with troubleshooting if something breaks

What We Look For in You

• Experience in IT for 2+ years
• Understanding of the Workstation Security basics for Macs, Windows and Linux machines
• Good communication skills
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
