Responsibilities:
Deeply collaborate with product/growth/compliance teams on CEO’s special projects. Administer and monitor the project’s status and progress. Communicate and align the schedule and goals across different subgroups.
Design the cross-team cooperation mechanism to facilitate the project moving forward. Identity the key obstructions and give practical solutions leveraged on the recourses from CEO office. Follow the project from end-to-end and ensure the results and performance of the project.
Monitor and analyze data from the special project. Measure the results and progress by solid data analysis. Report the project achievements and key matrix to CEO periodically.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research towards competitor companies from a strategic perspective, by doing data analysis, information collection, external interview, etc.
Follow and analyze the trends in CeFi/ DeFi/ NFT/ Dapp /Web3 industry. Give strategic support to CEO and product team.
Track the OKR‘s completeness from the project. Support them on setting up clear Objects and quantitative Key Results. Ensure the team to be results-oriented and data-oriented
Requirement:
2022 graduates or 1-2 yrs related working experiences. Graduated from QS top 200 university in business, project management, technology or other related field
Experience in project management or engaged in cross-department projects is preferred Strong enthusiasm for blockchain industry and blockchain technology.
Excellence in logical thinking and problem solving 5. Sensitive to data. Familiar with one of the data analysis tools.
Willing to take short-term business trip
