Responsibilities
- Grow listing business by developing relationships with clients, and agents
- Handle disputes between clients and users and assist client with troubleshooting.
- Regularly monitor trade transactions and report suspicious activities
- Optimize standard procedures to improve listing
- Initiate, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth for listing.
- Fluent in English
- BA/BS degree with 3+ years experience in business development, business operations or account management
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with listing or Blockchain/Cryptocurrency will be a plus
- Self-motivated, result-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills
