Our team is headquartered in Berkeley, CA, not far from UC Berkeley campus.

Our work extends the state-of-the-art in video engineering, Internet networking, blockchain and content security.

The Junior Tech Support Engineering position is designed to work closely with our software, product, test and operations teams and is in charge of customer interaction, problem solving and authoring knowledge base and supporting tools and documentation.

Responsibilities include end user assistance, operator support and guidance, design help by using recipes, and developer support through documentation and code samples.

  • troubleshooting desktop, mobile and linux systems
  • troubleshooting web applications and http-based APIs
  • familiar with open source software and tools
  • ability to understand how software products work 'underneath'
  • understanding of video streaming basics
  • understanding of blockchain basics
  • engineering or information systems degree, and 1-2 years experience in areas relevant to software product support and troubleshooting
