Inspy is a creative app for design enthusiasts to bring their inspiration to life. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our digital presence as a design influencer and, ultimately, driving app downloads.

As Inspy’s Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our online engagement strategy, primarily focusing on a demographic with a keen interest in interior design. Your goal will be to build and nurture our community, positioning Inspy as a thought leader in design by leveraging the latest design trends to establish a strong following.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Generate engaging content 2-4 times a week that resonates with our target audience, with a focus on up-scale design trends, sustainable living, minimalism and other discovered design trends that uniquely resonate with design fans that are 25 to 30 years old.
• Influencer Collaboration: Actively seek out and collaborate with interior design influencers and micro-influencers, in partnership with Inspy’s CEO, to generate co-branded content and increase our reach on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engagement amongst our users, encouraging them to share their own design creations.
• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design and social media, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media channels to understand what works and what doesn’t, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
• Drive App Downloads: use our social media presence as a tool to drive downloads of our app in ways that feel organic (not overly commercial), by ensuring our content always ties back to our core product as often as possible.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the interior design landscape, particularly trends amongst younger millennials.
• Demonstrable experience in growing and engaging online communities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
• Proficient in social media analytics and trend analysis.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
